  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English, including experience in presenting complex topics in front of multidisciplinary audiences
  • DFSS certification, Black Belt preferred
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to influence and drive change agendas without formal authority
