Service volumes range up to 5,000 customer warranty and non-warranty claims per year/rep. Leverages service capabilities with field sales and delivery partners to increase customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for sales activity including the promotion, expansion and recording of Service that Sells opportunities and Non-Warranty Labor
  • Responsible for the direction and performance of independent Service Provider Companies (8) and Dealer Service Network participants (40), encompassing over 200 employees who are contracted to perform service work. Negotiate labor agreements, contracts, territory assignments, and the training and development of work
  • 5-10 years experience in one or more of the following areas: construction management, property management, sales management, project management, process engineer or experience in the insurance industry
