  • Provide direct supervision of 2 full-time team members, providing leadership, motivation, coaching, and collaboration in the planning and implementation of all team responsibilities. Additional part-time/miscellaneous staff may be also be required to support these initiatives
  • Build and manage key analytical tools to support evaluation and effectiveness of CTE programs and support structures (e.g., program evaluation model, facilities condition database, overall program status tool). Conduct needs assessments, develop analytical frameworks and reports, oversee work of data team, train users, and manage ongoing tool usage
  • Provide project management and data analysis support to ongoing operations within the department as appropriate (e.g., co-op evaluation, teacher credential analysis, board report development)
  • Serve as active member of ECCE department leadership team, engaging in efforts such as strategy setting, performance management, and team building. Support efforts to drive cross-departmental collaboration
  • Project planning and strategic planning capabilities, including the ability to establish long-term vision and goals, and the ability to align and manage activities toward execution of identified goals
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including use of software such as Excel, Access, SPSS, or SAS. Experience with educational program evaluation preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, technology skills, and data orientation
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, i.e., ability to develop high-performing teams united around a clear vision for serving schools and achieving student success

  • Required: Seven or more years of professional experience
  • Preferred: Three or more years of direct supervisory experience managing teams. Experience in a large organization, driving complex projects requiring significant cross-functional collaboration. Experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE), teaching and/or administrative
  • Required: Bachelors degree in education, social sciences, business, public policy, or related field
  • Preferred: Masters degree
