  • HR administration. (Building a good relationship with our HR Shared Service Center in Zoetermeer is a must. While they have the primary responsibility of the operational HR matters, there’s still administrative support needed locally)
  • Supporting organizational changes (ensuring implementation of changes in HR systems, coordinating written announcement, maintaining organisation charts)
  • Active role in supporting HR projects (Data preparation in Excel, data quality control, ensuring correct inputs into HR systems) and full responsibility for small and medium sized HR projects
  • Involvement in international mobility of employees
  • Follow up on learning plan actions for R&I population
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus
  • IT savvy or eager to learn new IT systems; basic knowledge of Excel and power point is a must
  • Ability to work independently with a pragmatic approach
  • Ability to proactively address requests
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and feel comfortable with change and uncertainty
  • High Internal Client orientation (quick, agile, trustful)
  • Patient and be able to carry on, even in difficult circumstances
