Work will include periodic assistance with outdoor cooling tower repair and maintenance, electrical or general mechanical repairs, carpentry work, welding, and facilities’ equipment repairs
  • May be responsible for assigned project work within the implementation of capital projects. Listed duties are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities required of personnel so classified
  • May be responsible for identifying problem areas on all roofs and air handlers related to rainwater leaks and other weathering
