- High School graduate or equivalent required, plus trade school or apprenticeship training in Elevator trade
- Five years journeyman level experience repairing and maintaining all forms of conveyances
- Must possess a valid general certification as a State of California Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM) and maintain it throughout the course of employment
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following conveyance controllers: Motion Controls Engineering (MCE), Schindler, OTIS, O’ Thompson and/or Smart Rise
