  • Creating and maintaining project specific proprietary databases through existing contacts, directories, and/or online resources (membership lists, attendee lists, association lists, etc.)

  • At least one year of general business experience working in a professional or corporate environment is preferred. Internship experience is equivalent to general business experience
  • Foundational knowledge of organizational structures (e.g., corporate, NFP/NGO, etc.) and roles within and among different departments and positions is desired
  • Proficient in business writing including proper grammar and spelling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of software tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) along with the ability to learn the firm’s internal database system
