  • 25% - Developing/coordinating Support Hardware and Review Engineering Drawings: The candidate will utilize design and business software (Creo, Windchill, AutoCAD, and/or other similar CAD/virtual manufacturing tools/software, MS Office applications such as Word, Excel) to develop, review, and approve hardware in support of Operations and enabling support processes, such as Design Engineering
  • 15% - Managing Projects: The candidate will manage processes in accordance with the ARBOS methodology which will include process variation management, process improvement methods (e.g. Kaizen, 3P, VSM, etc.) and other Lean Production elements. They may also prepare Basis of Estimates (BOE) to develop key strategic manufacturing plans, risk assessments and proposals that target customer and business goals; and differentiate between technical process trades (including Repeatability, Reliability, etc.) and business (Schedule, Rates, ISO compliance, etc.) capability
  • 10% - Determining Assembly Process Improvements: The candidate will evaluate new potential technologies and methodologies and recommend changes that reduce cost while meeting or exceeding existing specification, drawing, and equipment requirements
