  • A successful track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and executing (major) projects preferably gained in an international business environment
  • Good interpersonal skills. These skills include providing direction, communicating, assisting with problem solving, and dealing effectively with people in general
  • Understanding of business in FMCG industry (e.g. key functions: marketing, sales, supply chain, finance)
  • Although FMCG Business (process) knowledge is key, affinity with ICT is essential
  • Good understanding of Business analytics and Digital
  • Management of organizational change
