  • Work as an analyst within the Operational Readiness area within the Cloud Business Unit on a number of key initiatives related to new and updated technical and non-technical standards, job aids and processes. These project will involve creating or updating business process maps, writing or editing Confluence technical and non-technical standards, building training/communication videos and assisting the Operational Readiness team in various tasks related to these standards
  • Drive the publishing of the monthly newsletter, helping to guide and manage customer escalation training and other tasks as they are prioritized by the Cloud leadership
  • Assist in process execution and reporting for operational management in areas such as Service-Now, ITIL and Clarity
  • Have strong communication skills (verbal and written) with global teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently and across teams to build collaboration and consensus
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence, Clarity, Visio or Lucid Chart business process mapping experience a plus
  • Possess analytical skills---work independently and across teams to drive process improvement and perform analysis in order to make recommendations for new standards or updated standards to be implemented across multiple teams
  • Work independently without frequent supervision to prioritize tasks, evaluate impact and perform job duties based on provided guidelines
