  • Responsible for the reporting/payment processes and ensures the integrity of Clients' reports and billing
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with client base resulting in client contract renewals
  • Responsible for oral and written communication on Client-related issues to resolve issues, develop procedures and establish guidelines
  • Working closely with manager and other team members, performs special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example, data collection projects, research projects)
