- Completes timely initial and ongoing patient assessments, considering the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and developmental needs of patients and families
- Develops a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve patient goals

- Critical Care certification (CCRN) preferred
- Cardiac Rhythm and Titratable Drug Course successfully completed within one year of hire
- Current BLS endorsed by the American Heart Association and ACLS certifications, required
