Responsibilities for Employee Relations Cover Letter

Employee relations responsible for information, training and consultation to college and departmental administrators, managers, human resource professionals, leaders, faculty and staff regarding employee and labor relations, performance management, implementation of federal/state regulations and OSU human resource policies (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.), with particular focus on ELR service delivery, data analysis, research, and bench-marking;.
