  • Tracks military leave, reviewing payroll to ensure that the proper amount is being paid, reviewing timesheets, ensuring that all documentation is received, paying 30 day special payments, and ensuring that the Division of Retirement is sent a copy of the DD-214 when employee has returned from Military leave
  • Assists with tracking FMLA and assists with the collection of appropriate forms, letters, and preparing a report for management tracking
  • Obtains medical certification from the employee as necessary
  • Assist in the review and processing of Over/Under Reports identifying over/under payments related to Health and Life Insurance for collection and/or refund
  • Assist the Sick Leave Pool Coordinator when needed
  • Completes training timely and as required
  • Complete other duties as assigned
  • Knowledge of computer software including applications
