  • Oversees the creation and delivery of press releases. Acts as spokesperson for the Planetarium as requested by division management. Tracks all media for the division
  • Prepares, edits and distributes the division newsletter. Writes articles, prepares photographs and lays out the newsletter on a monthly basis. Prepares, edits and maintains Clark Planetarium blog and social media
  • Collects and prepares timely and accurate information for data management, presentations and/or meetings as assigned
  • Coordinates advertising contracts and ensures the timely submission of artwork to vendors
  • Serves on County Communications Team
