  • Responsible for handling the correspondence received through the HRSS mailbox and communicating with employees and departments regarding their requests
  • Verify degree and certificates that are posted in the Workday Inbox
  • Manage the Iron Mountain System for former employees
  • Provide support to HRSS Manager with special projects and audits
  • Serve as back up for the front desk
  • Support department and employees by phone, email and walk in
  • Associate’s degree. Relevant work experience in Human Resources related fields, may satisfy degree requirement. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and or certifications will be considered
  • Must posses strong organizational skills, be comfortable in a multi-tasking environment, and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of University policies and procedures, specialty in the area of Human Resources, preferred
