  • Will participate in regular meetings led by the EM Operator (our partner) where high proficiency in Spanish (listening and speaking) is essential. Spanish writing proficiency is critical for this position as candidate is expected to write programs, reports and communications (daily basis) in Spanish
  • The successful candidate should demonstrate technical skills and experiences in designing drilling programs (i.e. directional, mud, cementing, casing and other tubular design) for shallow and long horizontal wells (3000 - 5000 ft lateral section)
  • Candidate should have good analytical skills to solve complex problems and propose new ways to improve the design/planning/execution of horizontal wells with the ultimate goal of reducing well cycle time and cost, and achieving IFO
