- Form part of Technical Design Assurance/ Authority to ensure appropriate governance and project adherence
- Support the development of transition plans from the existing legacy architecture to the target architecture
- Leveraging a broad and deep understanding of industry standard design patterns, provide guidance to other IT resources within the transformation programme
- Degree or equivalent level of qualification, preferably in an IT-related discipline
- Clear thinking
- Focussed on achieving business outcomes through a partnering approach
- Strong internal stakeholder and external supplier management expertise
- High level design within a mixed bespoke and COTS environment
- Migration planning within the context of a large enterprise transformation
- Setting Technical Standards and policy in relation to solutions
- Ability to drive the appropriate solution designs across the enterprise and within third parties
- Design and implementation of Sitecore Experience Platformsolutions

- Technically aware – Exposure to a variety of technologies and vendors across a variety of domains
- All phases of the software delivery project lifecycle
- Development techniques (agile, Scrum, waterfall etc) including continuous integration
- Bespoke application development management
- Solution Architect (or similar) role in a mid – large organisation
- Operating in and developing solutions for an international environment
- Architecture and Design within both an Agile and waterfall delivery model
