  • Log accounts receivable checks
  • Perform receptionist duties when necessary
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains safe and clean working area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Must have minimum 1 year in data entry or office clerical work
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), general accounting software and have strong computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and maintain a professional/friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Organization, Informing Others
  • Must be able to read, spell, and write in English and compute basic math
  • Experience in Electrical Construction data entry or basic accounting
