  • Overall responsibility for the consolidated RFDAR business and data architecture and design, and, jointly with RFDAR head of IT, for development and monitoring of the RFDAR 2020 vision roadmap for process and IT applications. This role will also set up and Chair RFDAR design authority forums
  • Working with the RFDAR team and the non RFDAR business architects, contributes to or defines the strategic direction for the overall CRO infrastructure and processes, aiming for a simplified, lower cost model, removing complexity, and delivering benefit to the CRO Organisation
  • Acts as a subject matter authority in RFDAR, and as a trusted advisor at the N-2/N-3 level
  • Help create combined RFDAR Project and Portfolio Management related processes and tools, and working with identified key business partners, develop and optimise these for use across the RFDAR portfolio
  • Help establish and run governance structure and delivery processes
  • You will have a good working knowledge of Operational Risk practices within a global financial services firm
  • You will possess project/programme delivery experience across a wide set of products and/or functions - strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and management skills
