  • Proven ability to raise money and gifts-in-kind
  • Proven ability to create a presentation and pitch WWP to various companies
  • Thorough understanding of development and cause marketing “best practices”
  • Ability to work across different teams towards a common goal and ensure deadlines from all teams are met
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in fundraising and/or sales required
  • Account management experience preferred
