  • Set up SharePoint sites, administer their permissions and manage data migration into systems from SharePoint
  • Creation of project specific delivery of KRI’s and metrics for senior management
  • Responding to client queries and/or escalate urgent issues, assist with client outreaches
  • Maintain compliance with current firm regulatory policies and processes
  • Solid experience in Financial Services and/or Management Consulting
  • Particularly subject-matter knowledge of Uncleared Margin, Dodd-Frank, EMIR and other global-specific regulatory requirements
  • Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint skills a must; proficiency with market data systems is a plus
  • Highly motivated, willing to work in both team and independent situations depending on current workload, with flexibility to take things on not necessarily wholly within the written scope of the function
  • Communication skills: responsive, polite, clear, and succinct. Has confidence to work with senior salespeople and sensitive clients. Needs to be able to communicate effectively in writing
