  • Lead internal audit functions within area of responsibility by prioritizing tasks and operational deliverables to ensure accurate, efficient and timely delivery of sound risk analysis
  • Evaluate and analyze current risk data by assessing risk factors and recognizing opportunities to increase effectiveness, optimize efficiency, implement standardization and meet business needs
  • Develop impactful risk mitigation strategies by monitoring audit issues and trends, communicating results to key stakeholders, guiding and influencing the decision-making of business leaders and continuously recommending process enhancements
  • Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility

  • 7 years relevant experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of risk analysis best practices and procedures
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and system tools utilized for risk analysis
  • Advanced working knowledge of business operations within area of responsibility
  • Advanced working knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Advanced working knowledge of insurance policy and contract language
  • Business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
