  • Develop strategies and external relationships to implement plans for auctioning, recycling or otherwise selling obsolete assets
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of documentation concerning IT assets and transactions
  • Renegotiate and amend existing agreements as needed. Proactively work with other managers in IT to determine best course of action for licensing and procurement of IT specific software and hardware
  • Ensure all aspects of contract execution are completed, and intervene in case of problems, delays, or disputes, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Create, maintain, and organize a database and files for executed contracts
  • Review contracts and make and execute renewal agreements as necessary, with a view to optimize financial and legal terms
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of all items related to IT
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs working with other IT managers
  • Manage third party audits, provide company information on license information
  • Lead with the hardware and software assets obtained with regards to Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Understand license shortfalls with regards to mergers and work on plan to bring them up to compliance
  • (3) to five (5) years work experience in a related field
  • Significant expertise dealing with third-party contracts
  • Expertise in setting up terms and conditions
  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills, including the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, suppliers, and contractors who provide a broad spectrum of products and services knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and logistics
