Unpack all property within 48 hours of arrival

Notify relevant property controllers and departments of any damages, losses or discrepancies (within 24 hours)
Support Property Controllers in physical handling and communicating conditions (complete Damage reports)
Bar-code & tag all property using handheld scanning device prior to transfer of property throughout Christie's facilities (on-site/off-site)
Scan all property in/out of warehouses

Process pre-sale temp releases by obtaining necessary release paperwork from cashier's release, then tracking, tracing, scanning, and communicating the whereabouts of property to departments
Communicate responsibility between Specialist department and logistics operations
Assist Specialists with preparing property and setting up artwork during photo shoots and anytime department needs to access property in warehouses
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED). College degree preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of E-mail, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software (Microsoft Office Preferred)
Ability to learn Christie's systems including Siebel, Property System, intranet and website
Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Strong attention to detail, pro activity, organizational skills and time management ability
Clear and effective communication in spoken and written English
