  • This includes the ability to work cross functionally with Development, Real Estate, Finance, IT, Merchandising, and Hot Foods teams to complete processing of projects
  • Projects can often be of a material (>$10 million) nature
  • Position is also responsible for preparation of complex CIP reporting
  • Reports include, but not limited to CIP Close Report, Dead/DFT Analysis, CIP Aging, CIP Balance Sheet Review
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations (sub ledger balance of ~ $380 million) to ensure accuracy, sufficient supporting documentation, and compliance with GAAP
  • Maintain process narratives documentation to aid in SOX compliance in addition to reviewing the FB-14C, FB-14E, and Project Accounting Memo documentation
  • Gross 2016 PP&E roughly $9.8B
  • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • Experience: 5+, Project Forum, Fixed Assets, Microsoft Office, Oracle, TrinTech
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required to understand and appropriately respond to a variety of business process issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required to prepare process documentation, summarize recommendations for review by various levels of accounting management, and resolve various issue
  • Strong (intermediate to advanced) computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel) are heavily used
  • Specifically VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with process based ERP system
  • In depth GAAP knowledge is critical
  • 1-3 years of Management/Supervisory/Team-lead experience required
