- Registered Nurse (RN) in New York state, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred with hospice experience preferred
- Successful completion of Maxim background screening process
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred with hospice experience preferred
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing AND if hired after 9/1/10, enrollment in accredited BSN program within two (2) years of employment AND obtainment of BSN Degree within five (5) years of employment, required
