Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 12+ years progressively responsible relevant experience
Must be proficient in writing highly technical documentation based on the business requirements and conversations with the project team, including client support, product, senior software engineers, and architects
Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of servers
