- Must have experience managing, leading, and mentoring a estimating/cost team
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience out of which 5-8 years must have been in preparing of piping and mechanical detail MTO (at least Class 2 estimate) cost estimating for lump sum construction projects
- Must have minimum of 5 years Canadian oil sands, construction experience
- The suitable candidate needs to take leadership and ownership of the preparing of class 2 and batter cost estimates for and piping, mechanical and structural scopes from client’s bid documents
- Knowledge of other disciplines will be an advantage
