- Position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting of some heavy material, bending, delivering carts to customer areas
- Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma a plus
- May load or unload products using hand forks or power driven lifts, provided he has a valid fork lift driving license
- College degree preferred, ideally in the area of industrial engineering or industrial distribution
- Must possess the ability to work with and through others effectively and cooperatively to achieve desired results
