- Previous experience as a rated-officer (pilot or navigator) who achieved qualification as an EVALUATOR in either rotary- or fixed-wing rescue aircraft
- 10+ years of experience as a Para-rescue Specialist
- Ability to use a computer, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience as a Combat Rescue Officer
- Experience with coordinating personnel recovery or rescue planning with Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell, the Joint Personnel Recovery Center or Rescue Coordination Center
