• Relevant and demonstrated experience in the role of a Controller / Supervisor
• Operational experience in a large open cut mine using large shovels, large trucks and drills

• Initiate emergency response systems for any emergency, and notify proper contacts
• Perform Level 1 interactions according to the standards, assessing current condition of operations, analyzing execution versus standard, allocating resources, reviewing schedules/plans, and adjusting plans for upcoming shift
• Participate in the Level 2 review process, reporting performance with explanation, raising action cards as appropriate
• Mining expeirence preferred
• Experience leading large crews in a union environment preferred
