  • Development and/ training design and implementation, in a global organization with leading edge HR Systems and practices. 3 years must be in management role
  • Proven record of dealings with the SETAs
  • Experience in a unionized environment
  • Previous experience of BBBEE management process an advantage
  • Understanding of learning needs analysis and creation of training programs is essential
