  • Defect Logging and Resolution
  • Logging software defects discovered during UAT using HP-ALM/Jira tickets, escalating to appropriate action parties
  • Working with QA, Dev, and BA teams in timely resolution of the defects, escalating to Development/Business Analyst/Quality Assurance managers/Release Manager and/or PMO as appropriate
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university required
  • Professional Experience
  • The person should have Minimum 5-7 years in playing an UAT coordinator role with SDLC projects
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and communicate risks
  • Experience in playing a coordinator role in complex projects with many teams in different geographic locations a strong advantage
  • Flexible team player who can support several areas simultaneously preferred
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools is preferred
