  • Prepare, host and follow - up an annual/quarterly strategic planning session with the customer
  • Previous TPA / Stop Loss experience in sales or account management required
  • Proven track record of over 5+ years of working with senior - level executives and progressively increasing responsibility for client relationship management and consultation
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in healthcare sales/account management field
  • 5 years of account management / sales experience with a proven track record of strategic and consultative sales or account mgt experience in the medical benefits Insurance industry
  • 5 years experience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external)
  • 5 years experience working in partnership with underwriting and finance
  • 5 years experience with data analysis
  • Sales insurance license must be maintained as required by state law
