- Own the engagement and relationships for such international or retail customer accounts, with direction from the Manager - CS Operations. - Uses formal processes, tools and dashboards to manage project performance regarding resources, budgets, schedules and other project success criteria. Manages risk to project success by initiating corrective actions such as schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Informs key stakeholders of issues and changes which may impact expected business results and successful project implementation
- Interpret data “schedule of values” indicating the scope of work to be completed for Design and Construction efforts – as they relate to the LOI/OTA amount designated for each airport terminal or pertaining to items supporting the inline baggage screening work in order to identify discrepancies, determine the nature of the problem or issue, decide best approaches to resolve issues, and recommend solutions
- Collaboratively work with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project reporting expectations are clearly defined and understood. Internal stakeholders include professional engineers from various disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, surveying), technical services (CAD, print shop, IT), and management services (accounting, human resources, senior management)
