  • Effectively communicate batch results, observations and discrepancies to the operations supervisor and engineers/chemists
  • Operate process control system (Delta V)
  • Collect, record, and communicate experimental data
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform in-process and final product testing
  • Actively and effectively participate in a fast paced team environment
  • Support ISO-9001 and RCMS compliance efforts
  • Be an active member in the emergency response team
  • Clean vessels in between batches as needed
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions when necessary
  • Experience working in a High Performance Work Team
  • Familiar with ISO-9001, RCMS, and Process Safety Management
  • Previous experience in process control computer operations
  • General chemical laboratory experience
