  • Liaises with Global Source company (in conjunction with members from the Medical Affairs team) on medical information responses
  • Ensures that clinical and scientific information provided is accurate, fair-balanced, based on current medical literature, and provided to requestors within set timeframes
  • Accurately documents and index medical information responses for future tracking and retrieval
  • Manages the overall copy review process
  • Reviews all documents entering the copy review system and assess them for scientific validity and accuracy
  • Obtains required approvals and maintains accurate records for audit purposes
  • Identifies and assesses risks and ensures appropriate action for compliance
  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize complex evidence, creating simplified messaging and tools
