  • Coordinate any additional advance/payment activity occurring between closing and when the loan is booked on the Loan Source System
  • Field ongoing inquiries post-closing bank group related to documentation, system set up, and due diligence items
  • Follow up on any collateral exceptions with attorney/RM/Borrower/Agent Bank for resolution for closed loan
  • Complete projects, research and any other duties that may be assigned
  • Provide support to Specialized Lending Processing Team for amortizations schedules, updated ticklers or any other operational questions that may arise as it related to loan documentation
