  • Meet with the on-site team members one-on-one to provide continual coaching and evaluation of process and procedures
  • Establish appropriate warehouse demand forecasting processes, implement warehouse materials forecasting methodologies that maximize forecast accuracy
  • Manage space optimization within the rest of PDC team
  • College Diploma with minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in Warehouse Operations, or Materials Management; OR BA/BS in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related degree with minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Warehouse Operations, or Materials Management with evidence of exceptional ability
  • 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment, preferably manufacturing-related
  • Advanced experience successfully using MRP/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • Able to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various teams including service and supply chain personnel in a lean principles environment
  • Excellent customer service skills required
