  • Must be a certified forklift operator and be able to demonstrate the ability to operate a forklift in racked warehousing and shipping environment
  • Must be able to perform manual labor tasks in order to accomplish job duties (ie lifting, pushing and pulling). Must be able to perform manual labor tasks for building pick to order pallets with weight limitation of 50 lbs
  • Must have an up to date TWIC card to work in the Port Allen, La plant
  • Knowledge and understanding of computer programs (e. g. E-mail, Data Entry, Document Review)
  • Effective Math skills
  • Must be able to work a flex work schedule
  • Ability to work with in a TEAM based environment.Must have ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, issues both orally and in written forms. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills (i.e. willing to listen and values differences of all kinds)
  • Ability to multi-task and to understand the business needs (i.e. recommend solutions to problems and exercise sound judgment.)
