  • Develops college recruitment programs, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Participates in career events, conferences and community job fairs on behalf of the company
  • Accountable for the effective implementation of Talent Acquisition processes in accordance with policies, practices, EEO, OFCCP, Hiring from Competitors, Conflicts of Interest and other legal requirements
  • Manage the content of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for assigned requisitions
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing Talent Acquisition policies and procedures
  • Track and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Coordinates communications with applicants
  • Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; 8 years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Three to five years of College Recruiting or Sourcing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful college recruiting strategies
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates via networks, referrals, social networking, web searches and other sourcing channels
  • Must work well independently with a high level of responsibility and ability to navigate in matrix environments
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative work relationships with colleagues and internal customers; strong consultative, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, multitasking/time management skills and effective organization and project management skills
  • Must be capable of developing solutions to problems that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation while providing recruiting support to business leaders
  • Experience with the VirtualEdge applicant tracking system platform
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment module
  • Experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint pages
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP and EEO requirements
