  • Assist in developing departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

  • Minimum 5 years management within interfaces to Capacity Planning and Application support processes
  • Experience of leading small sized teams
  • Experience of Team Management with multi-location teams
  • Strong project management, team development, strategic planning, resource planning skills
  • The ability to work effectively with clients and other management personnel across multiple geographies and to bring multi-disciplinary teams together
  • Detailed knowledge of the IT Process Landscape
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving processes
  • Ability to lead projects and motivate others
  • Required to understand and integrate cultural differences/motives in order to manage cross-cultural/cross border teams
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
  • Decide on high Impact / Risk capacity and performance issues which require Operations leadership attention
  • Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives
