  • System spec design for “production” reporting requirements – IT collaboration as needed
  • System & tool implementation support (data validation, training development & delivery)
  • Support routine weekly and monthly data reporting and management to maintain current business processes and ensure error-free, accurate and timely reports
  • Business process documentation
  • Assist in the maintenance of Master Data for business reporting and forecasting tools e.g. Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Proven success in developing and reporting on KPI’s
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and substantiate statistical significance view points
  • Familiar and extremely accurate with system data pulls
  • Proficient/expert in MS tools: Excel / Access / graphical representation
  • Experienced in ERP systems: SAP/ORACLE
  • Experienced in Salesforce sales automation tool
  • Ability to deliver executive mgmt. summaries
  • Solid understanding of the sales motion and supply chain operations/ high-tech business operations
  • Process diagraming (e.g.: Visio or similar tool experience)
  • High energy, self- starter along with social and influencing abilities
