2+ years of experience with a major grocery retail chain or national vendors of packaged foods preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a highly analytical role
Bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent work experience
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills required
Strong business acumen and P&L awareness, with track record of business partnership across an organization
Exceptional data mining capabilities across databases; strong SQL skills required
Highly motivated problem solver with high degree of initiative and sense of urgency
Ability to work with very little direction and take projects to the next level
Detail oriented while able to manage large quantities of data
Exceptional systems skills especially MS Office and Supply Chain systems
Strong detailed understanding of business operations
Proven ability to present complex data in simple, ready to present formats
Excellent presentation, communication, change management, and persuasion skills
Superior problem solving, analytical skills, project management skills, and financial skills
