- Work with Process and Equipment Engineers to support production by trouble shooting issues and recommending corrective action
- Monitor performance, quality and reliability of assembly processes
- Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production and testing of semiconductor devices
- Operates equipment in performing photolithography, wet / dry etch processing, thin films (metals) deposition, on-wafer testing, grind and scribe processing

- Mentor, train, and direct maintenance technicians
- Establish and maintain spare part Bill of Materials (BOMs) for assigned equipment
- Reduce equipment parts cost by improving repair and refurb procedures, second sourcing, and lifetime extensions
