- Formulate and implement measurable objective treatment plans within 72 hours of start of treatment that address both mental health and addiction diagnoses of the client and their case management needs while maintaining scope of practice
- Provide quality documentation for psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, therapies, court reports, discharge planning, staffing, eligibility reviews, and medical records within required time frames

- Contributes to overall treatment team process by assisting in developing plans of care, formulating and reviewing plans and attending treatment team meetings and providing input as assigned
- Complete diagnostic assessments, develop and implement treatment plans using Evidenced Based Practice techniques, and provide ongoing mental health/clinical services including individual, group, and/or family sessions
