- Maintains a trained MDS back-up team to provide coverage for RNAC/MDS nurse (i.e., PTO, leave)
- Participates in all aspects of the CMS survey process including pre-survey preparation, actual survey, and post-survey plan of correction when requested
Qualifications for MDS nurse
