- Perform Screening Mammograms using GE Senographer Essential equipment
- Evaluates images for diagnostic quality, obtaining additional images as needed if requested by Radiologist

- The technologist is directly involved in a variety of mammography procedures including stereotactic biopsies, has an extensive experience with available mammography and stereotactic equipment in terms of product evaluation, troubleshooting and quality control
Qualifications for mammographer
- Ability to perform professional duties with minimal supervision
- Bone Density experince preferred
- High School Diploma or GED Associates degree strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association Bone Density certification preferred within 6 months of hire, if applicable to entity
- Must be knowledgeable with quality control tests that need to be performed MQSA, ARC and Mass State mammography regulations
- 3D experience strongly preferred
