Based on QA results, develop targeted training and or guidance to address thematic quality issues for the subject areas
Conduct post-mortem reviews and lesson's learned analysis over Internal Audit processes when significant adverse events occur in order to detect, correct and/or prevent future internal control breakdowns (and improvements in audit processes) for the subject areas
Working with the training director, develop and implement other methodology training courses that are relevant that will improve the overall quality of work product produced for the subject areas
Participate in ensuring the quality and completeness of all "external communications" for the subject areas such as those provided to the Audit Committee, Executive Management, regulators, and other key stakeholders
Lead and/or oversee specific site reviews for the subject areas to ensure local jurisdiction regulations are being adhered to
